Product characteristics£º
Ascorbyl Palmitate is a high effective antioxidant and deoxidizer, is assessed as a nutritious, high effective and safe additive by Codex Committee on Food Additives(CCFA) of World Health Organization£¨WHO£©. It is the only antioxidant which can be used in the infant formulae and follow-up formulae in China. This product can prevent oxidation, protect colour and luster, enhance particular nutrition and so on.
Use area:
milk powders, cream powder and, oil, fat and emulsion fat products, instant noodles (pre-cooked noodles and rice ), bread, infant formulae and follow-up formulae, preschooler formulae, maternity formulae products.
The propositional dosage:
1. milk powder and cream powder, infant formulae for 0-6 mouth infant, preschooler formulae, follow-up formulae for 6-12 month infant and follow-up formulae for 1-3 years children£ºCalculated as the ascorbic acid of the lipin, the maximum dosage is 0.05g/kg;
2. Others: Calculated as the total food weight, the maximum is 0.2g/kg.
Usage:
1. Instant noodles (pre-cooked noodles and rice), the edible lipin (fats, oils and fat emulsions) etc.: Dissolve the product into the ethanol or heated oil, confect 5% concentrated antioxidant solution£¬then add into the foodstuff.
2. Other: Add this product into it and stir until it distributes evenly.

Storage:
Seal and keep it in shady, cool, dry and airproof condition, forbid depositing with the toxicant.
